Please be aware that you are ordering a custom garment. It will be made according to the measurements YOU provide. There are, therefore, no refunds based on incorrect fit. Alterations may be possible (depending on the problem) for an additional fee. Please follow these guidelines to assure your satisfaction:
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part.
- Waist: Measure at natural waist (no "sucking in!").
- Hip: Measure around the biggest part of your bottom.
- Back Length: Measure from the bottom of the bone at the base of your neck
to your waist (down spine). You may need to enlist a helper with
this.
- Hem Length: for all dresses/skirts, measure from your waist to the point you'd like the hem to hit (be careful to not let the tape slip as you bend forward to read it). The traditional lengths: 20's & 40's: Knee Length: 30's: Mid-Calf.
- Pants: measure your inseam from crotch to where you'd like the pant to end, or measure the inseam on a pair of pants whose length you like.
